November Kit - Dry Embossing by Teresa Marshall from our Bournemouth Club
- Gut the centre from a sheet of nightfall (black) cardstock - leaving 1/2 " border all around.
- Trim a stormy grey sheet of cardstock by 1/4" on 2 adjacent sides then gut the centre leaving a 1/2" border.
- Attach the grey sheet on top of the black.
- Trim a sheet of glass slipper bling cardstock by 3/4" on 2 adjacent sides then gut the centre leaving 1" border. Attach this on top of the grey and black border.
- Using the leftover piece of stormy grey, trim to 10" x 10". Using a light box, dry emboss swirls down the right hand side and along the bottom. Adhere to the backgound frame border sheet.
- Mat your photo (8"x6") onto grey, then black and adhere in the top left hand corner of the page.
- Using the leftover piece of glass slipper bling, dry emboss swirls in a diagonal shape. Use glitter glue to highlght the swirls, then when dry, cut out to create a 'fretwork'. Adhere this across the lower right corner of the photo.
- Embellish with small flowers.
- Add a title or name using the embossing techniques and sand back the coredinations cardstock. (see the video tutorial for titles using coredinations)
