Thanks to Lynn Donnelly for her lovely layout and instructions for 08 Mile Walk.
7 photo’s –TOP 3 photo sizes - 1 portrait 2 ¾” x 4”, 2 landscape 2 ¾” x 2”
MIDDLE 2 photo sizes - 3” x 4” & 3 ¾” x 3”
BOTTOM 3 photo sizes - 1 landscape 3 ½” x 2”, 1 landscape 2 ¾” x 2”, 1 Portrait 1 ¾” x 3”
- Take Hope cardstock placing lines horizontally (for journaling) and measure 4 ½” from widest part (curve) and mark at the top and bottom. Cut vertically.
- Punch out holes on smaller piece and draw bracket using the edge as a guideline – cut out in 1 piece using finger knife. Keep bracket for LHS of LO. Ink edges.
- Take large piece of Hope place cut straight edge along edge of Temperance and use as a template and draw curved shape and cut out. Ink edges.
- Place curved edge of Temperance on top of curved scallop edge of Hope mark and cut a little edge to be able to stick but don’t waste too much! Ink edges and stick underneath to create the shadow effect.
- Stick this and the small strip of Hope to black cardstock.
- Assemble trimmed/re-sized photo’s (I used an A4 word document to size my photo’s) and stick down. Use repositionable glue for 2 photo’s that are trimmed to the shape of the bracket.
- Place bracket and with a pencil lightly draw a line on photo – remove and cut. Re-stick and then stick bracket down.
- Trim small pieces from leftover Temperance, use reverse side and stick alongside top left photo and bottom photo’s. Add hand cut /die cut title embellishments over these pieces.
- Add journaling on the RHS of photo’s using the lines in the paper.
