Sept 09 Kit - 1st haircut

I made "dots" witht the liquid pearls on the upper left flowers, then accented the outside of the large flower on the left only and repeated the same around the circle and flower on the lower right. Also made dots in center of the small accent flowers. All flowers/circles were cut out with craft knife from patterned paper sheet.
