I used the Crafters Workshop Template for the swirls and another Crafters Workshop Template for the flowers, added a few die-cut flowers and a bit of bling! I don't have a title as I wanted to show the patterns on the card. The journalling is hidden behind the photo frame - you can just see the tulle ribbon attached to the tag.
