On this layout, I sprayed the glimmer mist all over my background cardstock (tan) and smoothed out with a brayer. I then added some color wash ink (by Ranger) in mushroom color to the glimmer mist mister, mixed well and sprayed randomly a 2nd layer on my cardstock, smoothed out with brayer again. The photo doesn't do justice to this technique I used. It really gives my background paper a "dirly " look which is what I wanted. The layout is about being at the summer cottage in the country.
