My Groups

There's been some trouble with the site, and I realize that. But, I have lost 'My Groups'. I used to have Canada, Red Lake and Instructors as groups listed in purple to the left.

Also, is it at all possible to have another section about 'Recent Forum Activity' or something like that - similar to 'Recent Images'. Having all the recent posts in one section is cumbersome. I think it would encourage more written posts.
