Favourite Font to Cut

With January being the fantastic Fiskars Finger Tip Knife I thought I would ask what font people like to use when hand cutting. I have seen some great examples of Scriptina hand cut but I think that one is beyond me. Let's say my cutting skills with a knife aren't that great, although I have found the finger tip knife to make it easier.
