Claire and Sarah - Race for Life in Hastings 14 June 2009

As most of you may know, Claire Conely, the Bexhill Scrapaholix Club organiser was diagnosed with breast cancer last year. After undergoing months of horrid chemotherapy, she finally had her mastectomy yesterday, and now has more treatment in the way of radiotherapy to look forward to.

Despite all this, brave lady that she is, she intends to do the Race for Life with Sarah in Hastings on the 14th June (in a wheelchair if need be!)

So please, if you can - sponsor them as they run walk or get pushed over the distance, and help raise much needed funds for research into beating this horrible disease. Don't forget to tick the Gift Aid box if you are a UK taxpayer as this allows Race for Life to get extra money back from the Taxman.
