NOVEMBER CHALLENGE #3 - Instructors ONLY
November already...ugggh...well on the brighter side...Christmas is around the corner...do I still hear an...ugggh...well how about the challenge is almost done...
Here is your challenge and probably one of the funniest (if that's a word..) challenges yet.
100 points - post your club meeting date for December. If you have already posted your date - you will still be awarded the points because it is done. If you have no club meeting in December you must still post this indicating "no club meeting for December".
1,000 points - make your scrap pal a Christmas card.
500 points - upload a picture of your card to the November challenge gallery and then mail to your pal - MUST be post-marked by November 30th. It must have at least one technique from 2008.
500 points - email me at mike_bev@cogeco.ca a complete list of all your members. All I need is their first name but it must have their site username beside their name. If they are not members of the site then please indicate this beside their name as "non registered member". You will find out in December why I have asked for this...
If you complete all 4 of the above you will receive an extra bonus worth 200 points.
...now...here is the best one (and this WILL NOT be part of the 200 bonus points)
5,000 points - TRAVEL TIME...only if you find me INSIDE the scrapbooking store.
I want you to find me inside a scrapbooking store. Work with your scrap pal on this one together if you want. Two heads are better than one...I will be travelling this week starting November 3rd to my destination and will arrive on November 30th. Each week, which will be November 3, November 10, November 17 and November 24, I will post CLUES to my itinerary in the "non related scrap chat" forum for you to map out my trip. On November 24 you will have the final clue to my whereabouts and from that you should be able to locate me in a scrapbooking store.
Work with your scrap pal. Carefully read my itinerary - follow the clues and if you find me on November 30th and guessed right each of you will be given the points.
Follow my directions carefully....and save your guess (you ONLY get one)for the final week. Remember this...if you ARE working with your scrap pal you BOTH must have the same guess in order to qualify for the points. If you are working alone, then you must indicate that when you do guess. I.E. "I am NOT working with my scrap pal and my guess is...." or "I AM working with my scrap pal and our guess is..." but each of you must post.
I will give you one hint...the scrapbook store I am going to IS NOT found in ENGLAND/CANADA/USA/AUSTRALIA, which leaves a lot of room for travelling....
Please don't ask me any questions because starting Monday I will travelling and I won't be able to answer you...LOL
