I used a dye-based ink pad and a water brush to get the effect on these flowers. I scraplifted this layout from Scrapbook Magazine Issue 47 (page 26) as I loved the idea of bunting on the page. I added buttons and crystals to the flower centres. Flourish and hearts (from previous layout) are die-cut from Sizzlits Die (Lace Heart w/Flourishes).

Used cork as a mat for journal block. Very easy to cut with scissors.

Used cork as a mat with a scalloped edge and cut a circle of cork to mat journal block. This technique was really good and the cork was very easy to use.

I used the Pearl-Ex and sprayed a border on the green card (the scanned image does not show this very well). I used some cream card (French Vanilla) of my own. I sprayed the flowers using Pearl-Ex (I covered the flowers first with a smaller flower - to give the impression that I used another flower on top to layer it up). It was finished off by using some Petite Pearls brads.
